Mensen ondersteunen in alle uitdagingen die ze in het leven tegenkomen.
Ik ben Gaetano, een klinisch psycholoog en professionele coach met als missie jou te ondersteunen in alle uitdagingen die je ervaart. Er is zelden een kant-en-klare oplossing. Iedere persoon is anders en heeft zijn of haar specifieke noden, bezorgdheden en voorkeuren. Samen gaan wij op zoek naar wat kan helpen. Gaandeweg en met jou aan het stuur verkennen we gedachten, gevoelens en mogelijke acties. Ik geloof dat er maar één weg is en dat is de weg die je zelf kiest. Daarom ondersteun ik jou om die weg te vinden.

I am Gaetano, a clinical psychologist and professional coach whose mission is to support you in all the challenges you experience. There is rarely a ready-made solution. Every person is different and has his or her specific needs, concerns and preferences. Together, we look for solutions. Gradually and with you at the wheel, we explore thoughts, feelings and possible actions. I believe there is only one path forward and that is the path you choose. That is why I support you to find that path.

OVER MEZELF / ABOUT ME
Ik ben Gaetano, een dertiger met Italiaanse roots. Aan mijn accent zal je waarschijnlijk wel horen dat ik van Limburg ben. Maar ondertussen woon en werk ik al meer dan tien jaar in Gent.
Na mijn masteropleiding klinische psychologie aan de KU Leuven en de Universiteit Gent heb ik tal van therapie en coaching opleidingen gevolgd. Ik heb mij onder andere verdiept in cognitieve gedragstherapie, teamcoaching, systemisch coachen en (individuele) professionele coaching volgens de normen van de International Coach Federation (ICF).
Mijn passie is mensen ondersteunen in hun groei, hun sterktes helpen uitspelen en hen zelf controle in handen geven. Ik zie mezelf als iemand die tijdelijk ondersteunt in het zoeken van een weg of oplossing waarbij de cliënt het ritme bepaalt.
Naast individuele therapie en coaching werk ik al bijna tien jaar in de bedrijfswereld. Meestal in de rol van organisatiecoach, agile coach of consultant. Ik help bedrijven bij transformaties en ondersteun management en teams bij de uitdagingen die dat met zich meebrengt.

I am Gaetano, a thirty-something with Italian roots. You can probably tell from my accent that I'm from Limburg. But meanwhile, I have been living and working in Ghent for more than ten years.
After my master's degree in clinical psychology at KU Leuven and Ghent University, I took numerous therapy and coaching courses. Among other things, I have studied cognitive behavioral therapy, team coaching, systemic coaching and (individual) professional coaching according to the standards of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
My passion is supporting people in their growth, helping them play to their strengths and putting them in control. I see myself as someone who temporarily supports in finding a way or solution where the client sets the pace.
In addition to individual therapy and coaching, I have been working in the corporate world for almost ten years. Mostly in the role of organizational coach, agile coach or consultant. I help companies with transformations and support management and teams with the challenges those changes bring.
